Dumped cars

These cars have been purposely been parked there for over 2 years so that nobody else parks there.the owner of these vehicles gets the cars taxed evey year and dumps them back at that spot.they are never insured hence he is alble to get away with it when a road tax.or mot check is done on them..the cars need to be removed
