Road Surface Severely Rutted and Breaking Away

Reporting this section of road once again.
There is a large rectangular area of road just to one side of the dropped kerb entrance to a number of residential properties that is severely rutted and breaking away leading to the formation of a very large rut/pothole.
This defect has been previously reported and according to a previous report was due to be patch repaired when the other defect repairs where recently carried out.
Please can this section of road now be marked out as a defect and added to the next upcoming repairs / resurfacing works in the area.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
