Appears to be leaking some kind of oil from underground.

The pavement has become darker as it absorbed more of the oil over the past month or two. I’m not sure where it is coming from but is quite wet and dark. The spread or damage can be seen between 57&59 Chedworth road and is running further down as time goes on.
