Piles of fly tipping left despite repeated requests for enforcement nothing is being done to combat this.

The fly tipping in this area must be costing council tax payers an absolute fortune. These bins require removal and CCTV installing in the area or hire a private investigator it would be cheaper than constantly clearing the fly tipping
