Repair carried out, poor

The repair was recently carried out in a disgraceful manner, unprofessional and cowboy! I was walking out of my driveway and the bit before the slabs are raised, I nearly injured my knee. This needs to be correctly repaired, I nearly tripped. I am considering to seek legal advice. This is a hazard directly outside my house.
