Tarmac is splitting on the path along the brook

The tarmac is splitting in several places on the path running along the side of the brook. This is the worst of the cracks. Looks like a repair has previously been attempted. Wide enough for a bicycle/scooter wheel or the heel of a stilettoe shoe to get stuck. This and the others are hazards and an accidents waiting to happen. The young, elderly and infirm use this path regularly.
