Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8005021.

I live next to the alleyway that connects bean street to Coltman street there is a damaged drain / inspection cover the noise is intolerable, please get it fixed , bikes/scooters going over in at all times of day and night is a nuisance
