Noisy Manhole Cover on B4044

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8004888.
The manhole cover sits on the B4044 on Westway opposite Seacourt Tower and outside Cedar Court residences. As each vehicle passes over the cover it makes a very loud noise.
This issue has been present for over a year.

This continues to make a loud noise every time traffic drives over it. it is disturbing nearby residents sleep at night. Please can this be looked at with urgency?
