Road is dreadful and full of potholes

The access to the elderly accommodation is dreadful. It's full of potholes and uneven surface. It's making it difficult to drive down to get to my 91 year old grans house. Ambulance came for her the other day and they struggled to get in to access her due to the conditions. It's dangerous

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
