Parks In Visitors Bay

This person lives quite a distance from my parking bay and constantly parks in the Visitors Bay. They have 2 vehicles in their family and only have 1 parking bay allocated. It’s causing a lot of problems in the close. My car parking space is next to it. And recently I parked my car a bit crooked and this person was banging on my door telling me to move my car. I instantly informed her that this is not your parking bay …. It’s allocated to Visitors and she immediately SPAT in my face. I reported it to the Police but she is still parking there ? What can I do ? Please Help Regards Mr JC Marshall
