This manhole is raised excessively and due to this is now rusted and also very loose. It needs repairing and lowering ideally as a hazard

  • Thank you for your report. After inspecting the area, we’ve determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. we’ve initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company, urging them to address the issue promptly.
