Drug dealers
Reported anonymously at 18:23, Fri 1 April 2016
Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 800229.
Yet another drug deal just happened here. Drug users are very comfortable hanging around, shouting at people and each other, and openly buying drugs.
They've been happening regularly at this corner for years, but after calling the police about a dozen times I've given up.
Perhaps this site can make a difference.

It's unlikely to make a difference as the main audience is low level clerks in your council who can't do anything except request the resulting litter to be picked up.
In fact, https://www.fixmystreet.com/ about/ house-rules specifically excludes using this site to report criminal behaviour.
One or two other people, like me, may monitor it, but they are unlikely to have much power over the police.
The people most likely to have any role here are the police safer neighbourhoods team. http://content.met.police.uk/ Team/ TowerHamlets/ Weavers Their PDF priorities document has quite lot to say about drug dealing and ASB.
They hold street meetings at which the pubic can express their views in person. There is one on the 14th at Goldman Close.
Long term, the council planning department may have an impact, but they probably already know which areas are badly run down.

Thank you for replying with the link and information. That's interesting to know.
I hadn't read the house rules, I just came across this site and used it as seemed intuitive.
