Vehicles continuously parking dangerously sometimes at 90° to the kerb blocking half the road forcing you onto the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic off Aigburth Rd . I witnessed several times the police drive past and do nothing. on one occasion police officer in passenger seat was too busy playing on his phone
