There are 2 metal inspection covers on the Oxford road in Banbury, 1 of them is warped, and when driven over makes a noise. They are situated on the LHS if heading towards town, just near a bus stop, possibly near house 90.

  • Thank you for your report. After inspecting the area, we’ve determined that the damaged apparatus is owned by a utility company. we’ve initiated a Section 81 notice to inform the responsible utility company, urging them to address the issue promptly.
