Surface water drain blocked

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7999628.

The drain pipe exiting from the manhole immediately inside the allotment gate is blocked manhole is permanently full of water and whenever any rain falls the manhole cover lifts and the road runoff water floods the allotments.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
