At 10h30 Thursday 07 August there are 3 large full black plastic sacks, neatly tied up, that have been tied up and left on the ground, next to the litter bin. I reported this already [ref: 7993876] but didn’t have a photograph. The 3 sacks are all full of pieces of polystyrene. As a result they are almost weightless. If the winds blows the sacks will blow away, possibly into the main road.
