Large Tree Fallen into Storm Drain and Blocking It

There is a very large tree in tow pieces that has fallen directly into the storm drain and is now blocking the flow of water along it vastly increasing the risk of flooding during heavy rainfall.

Also the ditch itself is very badly built up with huge amount of mud and silt and it requires fully dredging between the inlet and outlet pipes to ensure it can hold the maximum capacity of water possible as well as having a fast flow rate to enable water during storms and heavy prolongued rainfall to flow and drain into the surface water drains at the bottom of Butchers Lane by the crossroads junction
