Warning triangle sign obscured

The "pedestrians in road" warning triangle sign attached to the lamp post outside no.57 Wallingford Road has two problems

1. it is partly obscured by vegetation 2. the black figures on the sign have warn off so the sign needs to be replaced.

The slgn has been like that for at least 6 months. The vegetation growth is since the spring.
