Huge Build Up of Silt & Mud in Storm Ditch

Reporting again for probably the 10th time as this problem has been ongoing for over 2 years now.

Storm drain is very fully and built up with silt and mud along with growing vegetation which has significantly reduced its depth and therefore had a major impact upon the capacity of water it can hold as well as the flow rate of water passing through it to the outlet into the main surface water storm drains.

This ditch needs fully dregding to reinstate it to its proper depth and width to ensure it can cope with the heaviy fainfall seen during storms or prolonged rainfall during the autumn and winter months.
