Storm Ditch Outlet Badly Blocked

The outlet to this storm ditch is very badly blocked by a huge build up of silt, debris and growing vegetation.
Ahead of the autumn and winter period which can see very heavy rainfall and storm rain this entire ditch needs dregding to ensure it has the maximum potential water capacity and flow rate to allow water to quickly and effectively run into the drainage system without causing flooding due to backing up.
