Tree trunk split and both parts dying

A tree next to the A417 / Mably way has split down the main trunk and both parts are now dying. One part has fallen over the wire fence at Top Lock Meadow; the other part is over-hanging over the road and could fall across the road which will completely close that road. This is a very buy road (considered to be part of Wantage ring road)
