A new entrance has been created by the householder directly onto the highway, and is now restricting parking by other residents on the highway. The entrance overlaps the "no Cycling" sign which is now at risk of being hit by vehicles moving in and out of the property. Does the new entrance require planning permission or building regulations approval and if so has it been obtained?
