Attached photos taken at different times during past few weeks. There are rats nesting behind the S3 bus stop (east side of Rutten Lane opposite Stoutsfield Close, Yarnton). The site borders the children's playing area in Yarnton Park). This has been reported to Yarnton Paris Council and I approached Stagecoach Bus Co. Stagecoach has replied that Cherwell District Council is responsible for bus stops.
