Noisy rocking manhole cover

The manhole cover at the top of New Street in the road outside Savills is rocking with a loud clang every time a vehicle osses over it. As this is the A4130 this is almost continuous, It is a nuisance and not condusive to a good nights sleep, It has been noticeable for at least a month and is getting worse, .
