Overgrown hedge narrowing pavement next to the A417 and fast traffic

Reported via desktop in the Hedges category anonymously at 18:35, Thu 7 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7994766.

The hedge has grown out narrowing the pavement, as it does every year. Forcing people to walk against the kerb and A417 fast traffic and walk out into the road if a pedestrian is coming the other way. Safety issue that is compounded by the lack of surface debris clearing (grit, stones, rubbish) that has built up on the pavement.

This is a repeating issue and needs addressing
