Both the drains on the street are blocked

Both the drains on the street are full of mud and so the street floods every time there is rain. I know they are due to be cleared in Jan - Apr 2026 but the street is high risk of flooding with the wet weather approaching over winter. This is a preventable cause of flooding and so please could the drains be unblocked as a priority?
