On Orchard Way right down to 53 all the storm drainage is blocked. I couldn’t add any more photos, but I’m assuming literally the whole road needs a Highways contractors to clear the storm drainage. I had assumed a lot of this would be programmed in through July into August. Could we check where this is on the council program?

  • Thank you for bringing the drainage issue at Orchard Way to our attention. We truly appreciate your proactive approach in helping us maintain the quality of our highways. We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Banbury Neithrop is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe. Please note that this is a proposed timescale and may be subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or resource availability.
