Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7994680.

Collapsed direction A sign and sandbag serving no purpose directly facing the Art Gallery (look really good in all those tourist snaps...) other than a trip hazard.

If NRS can't pro-actively remove a highly visible bit of road junk despite endless council squads & low-loaders flying past this spot every day (top tip: Finnie depot nearby), then they are not fit for purpose.
