Flooding basement, gas pipe transferring lots of water from source, cracked clay pipe needs replacing,I'm informed by Thames water that its your responsibility to fix, please fix ASAP as my basement is flooding through the tanked walls.

  • Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Oxfordshire County Council is not responsible for this problem, but can see Thames Water is aware of the issue and will be sending out an engineer to investigate.  The report will now be closed on Fix My Street.
