This problem was reported weeks ago and it’s still the same There are bushes or shrubs that are over grown and encroaching into the road in two places they actually touch your wing mirror when driving up there

Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are legally obligated to properly maintain vegetation on their property that is next to the public highway. If the vegetation affects the safety of highway users, it becomes their responsibility. However, in this instance, since the highway was not obstructed, there may not be sufficient cause to take further action at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation during statutory inspections.
