Cars parking on roundabout & blocking footpath

Between 9am and 5pm every working day cars park illegally on this roundabout whilst other drivers park in front of dropped curbs, blocking access to the footpath across the road. This forces pedestrians into the middle of the roundabout, where views are restricted due to the cars parked on or near the junctions The area requires enforcement.
