A shopping trolley that is filled with rubbish has been dumped on the street corner of Avonvale Road and Marsh Lane. Outside of the Gold Star Chinese takeaway.

I do not understand why Bristol Waste claims that the fly-tipping is "located in an inaccessible area". It is on the footway, and accessible to all.
