Traffic lights have been turned the wrong way

Traffic lights have been fixed, but the contractor has turned the centre light for the High Street towards St Aldates. Coming from the High Street the only light is on the near side which is impossible to see as soon as you turn slightly. Coming from St Aldates, there are now two lights on the off side / centre pole.
