Sunken tarmac

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7989993.

This is a square of tarmac that has been cut out in the past and refilled, which is now sunken, about 10cm. It is right where every tyres that passes the post office lands.
