Can I ask who the idiot is who granted traffic control license to road works on the verge outside Hartwells which doesn’t impede traffic at all - then gave license to t lights on Saint Helens wharf where there isn’t room for two way traffic while the Oxford road light controls are also operating? The three main routes across Abingdon have ground to a halt- grid locked we are and so unessesary !
