Blocked drain leading to 50m lake across road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7989092.

This drain is completely blocked and led to 50m lake across both carriageways last week. The drain is consistently and repeatedly blocked. Cars going towards Charlbury have to cross onto the oncoming carriageway on a notorious blind corner/black spot. The drain needs reengineering and in the meantime cleaning every few weeks/months

We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Charlbury and Finstock is scheduled for gully emptying in the first/second/third/four quarter of this financial year (Months). All Highway Surface Water Assets in the area are planned to be thoroughly cleansed within this timeframe. Please note that this is a proposed timescale and may be subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or resource availability.
