• Apologies that this issue is taking a while, a stuck grate has been reported that the regular gully crew could not lift - this kind of work is done in bulk orders and will be completed as soon as it can be arranged.

• The contractors are aware that this work remains incomplete, and we are actively working with them to arrange its completion as soon as possible.”

• Apologies that this job took a lot longer than usual to resolve - it was more complex than a regular gully cleanse. The contractors have reported that the gully is clear and this report will be closed.
