Cotswold bus stop has no 'flag'

The bus stop nearest to Cotswold Road on the SE side of Cumnor Hill has no 'flag'. I believe the bus stop on Cumnor Hill nearest to Arnold's Way on the same side of the road has also lost its flag. This has been a problem for some time.
