Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7987842.
There was observed to be a plastic sack with something heavy inside, dumped next to the litter bin. The item inside turned out to be a freshly dead chicken. I left it where it was, rather than put it in the litter bin.
