Piles of rubbish dumped on Kirtley Road despite warning signs of fly tipping, been there over 3 weeks, encouraging others to dump rubbish on our road, and vermin.

  • Tired of the constant fly tipping despite the warning signs. Something needs to be done to stop this happening in the same location.
