• Can you advise of any progress on this problem. The trees from the private residence are hanging very low over the footpath. Serval residents are reporting this to me and I have no further information

We can confirm an enforcement letter was sent to the relevant property and can confirm we revisited this location confirming no action had been taken as a result. We can also confirm we have had issues trying to get this escalated further, and are actively working on resolving this issue. We apologise for this not being resolved sooner.

• No change . Tree still overhanging g footpath although now it's lost its leaves for winter it's not so obvious. Would be nice to get it sorted before the spring if possible please
