The tree from a private residence has become so over grown it is restricting pedestrian access along Back Path and reaching into the adjacent playpark

Can you advise of any progress on this problem. The trees from the private residence are hanging very low over the footpath. Serval residents are reporting this to me and I have no further information

No change . Tree still overhanging g footpath although now it's lost its leaves for winter it's not so obvious. Would be nice to get it sorted before the spring if possible please
