Broken branches over road

Sent to Hampshire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7983728.

This tree has been reported recently, the case was shut down and nothing done. It hangs over the highway and today a van/ lorry has hit it, snapping some branches, which are now hanging low over the road. Someone needs to take responsibility for this and get it sorted out.
