Hello, the puddling has always been in this location, and it wasn't an issue as patients would naturally avoid it by walking off the pavement to the forecourt at a different location. Now the ramp is installed, the patients have to go past these puddles, as handrails are soon to be fitted. I am worried as we come to winter, that they may then ice and we have an older demographic in this area and many patients are elderly that use our dental practice. I am able to meet somebody there to discuss if you wish.
