Large stretch of extremely large potholes / road surface failure

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7982875.

This is a 60mph winding road heavily used by local traffic to access j5 of the M40. There are large stretches of the carriage way where the road surface has failed and with potholes that exceed the highway criteria of emergency repair. There is a whole patch where traffic regularly drives around a blind bend on the opposite side of the road to avoid. I can see there are multiple reports in May and June however there has still been no inspection in August! I noticed that a couple of the reports have been flagged as Bucks and some to Oxon as this road is on the border of the counties I assume no one wants to take responsibility - maybe someone should before a serious accident happens.
