Broken guardrail to foot bridge

There is a broken guardrail on the footbridge, next to childs way on the redway - what 3 words location \\\powder.flank.arise. One of the balusters is completly missing and one broken - see photo. It is a polular walkers path. the other bridge was repaired last year.

  • The bridge has not been fixed and it is deteriorating, winter is coming and in frosty conditions these small bridges are very slipery, coupled that there is no handrail it is asking for trouble.
