Road needs resurfacing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7981258.

Aldercombe Road is still surfaced with concrete. It makes driving over it very bumpy and noisy. It wakes up the residents at night if others drive down it. I'm not sure why it hasn't been surfaces with tarmac like the surrounding roads? Please can it be re-surfaced?
