Public verge, Foundry Lane, Loosley Row, HP27 0NY

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 09:15, Tuesday 5 August 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7980449.

Flytipping on public verge. Traffic cones, barriers, metal signage, sandbags. Obstruction of public walkway – the lane here is single track with no pavement, and the verge is sometimes used by pedestrians and horse riders to avoid oncoming traffic. The lane has no street lights.

This pile of roadwork signage was abandoned around seven months ago and has been reported to Fix My Street several times by more than one resident. The unscheduled urgent gas works they related to only lasted a matter of hours. The signage should have been removed the same day, or the following day. Seven months on, the contractors who left them there are clearly not coming back for them. Please now consider them flytipped.

Location: Foundry Lane in Loosley Row, public verge between Herriotts and Beggars Roost, HP27 0NY. ///initiated.outraged.daredevil
