S137 obstruction of footway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7980103.

Builders have put up a pallet and have the pipe of a screeding machine going across the footway. They do not seem to have a closure or any chapter 8 protection in place. 42 Aylesbury Road
