Big inflatable advertising thing for the car wash - please get rid of it now

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7979739.

The car wash have put up an enormous annoying moving inflatable advert thing. There's no planning permission for it that I can see on the database and it is distracting and dangerous - please get it taken down right away
