Outside the church on Wildfell Road food that no one is taking

This food was left outside the church early yesterday although I get the nice gesture nobody is taking it and we are over run by rats nearly all of Wildfell Road and hamlet close have now have rats in our garden and openly running around out the front I fear this is going to be left there now to rot
